CCP AGM

CCP will hold its AGM on the 14th July at 7.30pm, as a virtual (Zoom) meeting. If you plan to attend this meeting you will need to be sent a specific email inviting you to the Zoom meeting. Please email crailcommunitypartnership@gmail.com of your plan to attend to ensure you receive the Zoom invitation.

The AGM agenda will include proposed changes to the CCP Constitution that are required for CCP to qualify for SLF funding. The details of the changes are below.

As a vote will be required for the CCP constitution changes there will need to be a specific procedure for registering attendance at the meeting and registering a vote (or dissent). This process will be explained in the Zoom meeting invitation, however if more than one person is using the same device then only one vote can be registered so it is advised that members use their own devices individually and register separately so your vote is counted.

The AGM Agenda will be:

  • Chairman's Report

  • Annual Accounts

  • Election/Re-election of charity trustees

  • Constitution Changes
